I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

In my private practice, I work with individuals who have a variety of health and nutritional concerns. For my clients, I strive to translate my clinical knowledge into customized and practical advice.

My background includes earning a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition from New York University, and attending the University of Pennsylvania where I graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in psychology. Currently, I work at the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education located within the College of Nursing at Villanova University. I also have experience as a clinical dietitian at Bryn Mar Hospital providing medical nutrition therapy for chronic health conditions, and as a research coordinator at the Center for Weight and Eating Disorders at the University of Pennsylvania investigating the effects of binge eating disorder on the outcome of bariatric surgery patients.  I am also a published author on behavioral treatments of obesity.

Simply put, I believe that all individuals can significantly improve their health and overall quality of life by making better food and lifestyle choices.
